    Scheduling depends on availability, weather for exterior work, and the condition of the project. We will communicate timing in the written estimate and let you know early if the forecast or conditions change a planned date.

    Except as stated in your written estimate or agreement, this website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Any warranties for materials or workmanship are those set out in the written agreement for your specific project.
